It is well known that content with images has a higher conversion rate than those that don't. However, few businesses have the budget to pay for photoshoots every year. Here are some reasons why you should increase your use of imagery & ways to have beautiful images cost effectively.

For those just starting out, there is another solution. I recently discovered "Unslash.com" Beautiful images, gifted by the world's most generous photographers. You don't have to, but they do ask if once in a while you credit the photographer.

Cost effective ways of having quality images

Once you outgrow the free selection of images, there are cost effective ways to get quality images and video. I have a subscription with Shutterstock. They have a range of plans to suit most businesses. 5 images for £29, 25 images for £139. This is great for getting quality images on your website. For those with an active social media presence, you need more than this. They offer great monthly packages e.g. 10 images/mth £19/mth or 50 images per month £59. Adobe Stock also offer similar packages. Getty Images also offer packages. There are many

If you use a tool like Squarespace - inbound marketing, as part of their package they offer a selection of free images and with Getty images, they offer discounted images.
