Depending on the business targets and timelines, Sarah often recommends an initial intensive period to analyse the business and identify opportunities with the highest impact. 

Then, depending on the business's stage and current team resources, Sarah will either manage the implementation in-house or recommend cost-effective outsourced partners. Generally, this is achieved with 1-2 days a week of Sarah's time.

She is based in Surrey and often works in London. Having successfully run projects remotely with firms based in San Francisco, Boston, she is also available to work remotely.
